The Annual Heritage cup will be held at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, May 22nd-25th, 2026
This is an opportunity for athletes with ANY Polish heritage represent their lineage via lacrosse.
Games will begin Friday. All teams will have practice Friday before games begin (aiming for afternoon), so please plan accordingly.
Polish Heritage teams will be entered into the following divisions at the Heritage Cup:
- Men’s Open (2 teams)
- Women’s Open
- Girl’s 19U
- Boy’s 19U
- Boy’s 15U
- Boy’s 13U
* Goalies will be capped at 2 per team
*Returning players do not need to purchase a uniform. New players must purchase a new uniform.
The Poland Lacrosse Foundation was established to help develop the sport of lacrosse in Poland, to assist in fundraising for league & National Teams, and to bring those with heritage back to their roots. The Heritage Cup is the best way we/you can achieve this goal! Additionally, Polish Heritage teams are entered into events as a means for both National Team and non-national team players to get more experience, playing time, and coaching in non-World Lacrosse or European Lacrosse events.
